Use of the service

Free tools are available to anyone. Premium products are licensed to the buyer for personal, non-commercial use.

Refunds

PDF reports are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the file is unusable. Passports are refundable until production starts (within 24 hours of order).

Accuracy

Color analysis is a guide, not a clinical measurement. Results depend on photo quality.

Liability

Palette Reveal is not liable for purchasing decisions made based on its output.
