By using palettereveal.com (the "Site") and its tools, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. The service
PaletteReveal provides a free, browser-based personal color analysis tool, written guides, and an optional paid PDF report. The tool computes a suggested seasonal palette from photo samples you provide. Output is informational and stylistic — not a medical, dermatological, or professional diagnosis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree not to:
- Upload images of people who have not consented to such use.
- Upload illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Attempt to disrupt the Site, reverse-engineer the API, or scrape content at scale without permission.
- Use automation to generate artificial traffic, click on advertisements, or otherwise inflate engagement metrics.
- Misrepresent results from the tool as a professional or medical opinion.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site, its tool, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available". Personal color analysis is a stylistic guidance system; results vary depending on lighting, camera quality, makeup, filters, and where samples are placed. We make no warranty that the result will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
Color analysis on photos has inherent limitations. Treat the tool as a thoughtful starting point for self-discovery, not as a definitive answer. For a definitive analysis, consult an in-person trained color consultant.
5. No medical, biometric, or professional advice
PaletteReveal does not diagnose health, dermatological, or psychological conditions. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. We do not perform face recognition, identification, or any biometric matching. The tool processes color values only.
6. Intellectual property
All site content — articles, guides, palette visualizations, source code, branding — is © 2026 PaletteReveal unless otherwise noted. You may share short quotes with attribution and a link back. Wholesale republication of articles without permission is prohibited.
The seasonal color analysis system itself is a public domain framework (originating in mid-20th-century color theory). Our specific palette curations and explanations are our work.
7. User content
The photos you upload are processed entirely in your browser and never reach our servers. Because we don't receive your images, you retain full ownership and we make no claim to them.
8. Paid products (Premium PDF Report)
If you purchase a paid product, the transaction is processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement in addition to these Terms.
Because the Premium PDF Report is a digital product delivered immediately, you waive your statutory 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law once the report is generated. If the product is defective or undelivered, contact [email protected] within 14 days for a refund.
9. Third-party links and ads
The Site contains advertisements served by Google AdSense and may contain affiliate links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or behavior of any third party. Click at your own discretion.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaletteReveal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct claim related to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy (or the jurisdiction of our registered operator, where applicable). Disputes will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
