Payments & Refund Policy

Palette Reveal sells one digital product: a personalised PDF colour analysis report. This page explains how the payment works, what you receive, and our refund policy.

Quick summary The PDF report is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Because it is generated specifically for your account and made available to download right away, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds once the report has been generated and the download link has been emailed to you. By completing the purchase you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content.

What you are buying

A 12-page personalised PDF report based on your most recent saved colour analysis.
An email containing your private download link, valid for 7 days.
Re-download access from your dashboard at any time, indefinitely, while your account exists.
The right to print, store, and use the PDF for your personal, non-commercial use.

Price and currency

The PDF report is priced at $19.99 USD, charged once. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or auto-renewals. Your bank may apply currency conversion if your card is denominated in another currency — the converted amount is determined by your card issuer, not by Palette Reveal.

Payment processor

All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Palette Reveal never receives, stores, or processes your card details — they go directly from your browser to Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We receive only the confirmation that payment succeeded plus a receipt reference.

How delivery works

You complete checkout on Stripe's secure page.
Stripe notifies our server that the payment has succeeded.
Within seconds, our server generates your personalised PDF based on your saved palette.
You receive an email at the address on your Palette Reveal account, containing your private download link.
The PDF also appears in your dashboard for re-download anytime.

Refund policy

All sales are final once the PDF has been generated and the download link has been issued (typically within 60 seconds of payment).

This is because:

The PDF is a personalised digital product, generated specifically for you using your saved colour analysis. We cannot resell or recover it.
Once you have access to the file, you can download, save, screenshot, and print it. There is no meaningful way to "return" digital content.
The price is intentionally low ($19.99) so that the value/risk balance is favourable to you. We do not consider it a high-risk purchase.

By clicking the purchase button you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), once the download has been provided.

Exceptions where we will refund

Although we have a strict no-refund policy, we will issue a full refund in the following cases:

Technical failure on our side: If the PDF was never generated or never delivered to your inbox AND the dashboard re-download is not working AND we cannot resolve it within 7 days of your support request.
Duplicate charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, the second charge is refunded.
Unauthorised charge: If your card was used without your consent and Stripe confirms the dispute is valid.
Fraudulent or non-functional product: If the PDF you receive is materially different from what was described on the upgrade page.

To request a refund under one of the cases above, email [email protected] with your receipt ID (visible in your purchase email and dashboard) and a brief description. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer rather than contacting us first, we may close your Palette Reveal account and revoke your access to any downloaded content. We strongly prefer to resolve disputes directly — please email us first.

VAT and taxes

Prices shown include any applicable consumption taxes (VAT) where required by EU law. The receipt issued by Stripe will show any VAT applied. If you are a business customer and need a VAT invoice with your VAT number, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Free vs paid features

Palette Reveal also offers free features: the colour analysis tool itself, the "Download Palette Card" quick export, the dashboard, and the articles. These are not affected by this policy and remain free indefinitely. Only the personalised PDF Report is a paid product.
