Payments & refund.

1. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable VAT.
2. Free tools
The browser-based palette test, makeup reveal, and outfit match tools are free. No payment is required to use them.
3. Digital products (premium PDF report)
The premium PDF report is a digital product, delivered to your account the moment your payment is confirmed. Under Italian and EU consumer law (D.Lgs. 21/2014 art. 59 lett. o; EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)) you expressly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal once download access has been granted. We therefore cannot offer refunds on digital products once you have opened or downloaded them.
Exception: if the PDF fails to generate, fails to download after several attempts, or the file is corrupted, write to info@palettereveal.com with your order number — we'll either re-generate the file or refund the order in full.
4. Passport of Beauty (physical, personalized)
The Passport of Beauty is printed on demand with your personal color season and is therefore considered a made-to-order, personalized item. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(c), personalized goods are exempted from the 14-day right of withdrawal. We cannot refund a Passport for change of mind once production has started.
We will, however, replace or refund it at no cost if:
- the product arrives damaged (please send a photo within 7 days of delivery);
- it arrives defective (printing or binding faults);
- the order is lost in transit (see our Shipping Policy for the courier-investigation procedure);
- you receive the wrong product or wrong personalization.
5. Subscriptions and recurring charges
If we offer subscriptions you can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not pro-rate the current billing period, and unused time on an active subscription is non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue please contact us first — chargebacks initiated without prior contact can result in account suspension. We always try to resolve disputes amicably within 7 days.
7. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under Italian or EU law (D.Lgs. 206/2005 — Codice del Consumo). For non-personalized, non-digital goods purchased online from us you retain the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
