What's in the box
- Hand-bound passport-sized booklet (9 × 13 cm) wrapped in premium vegan leather (cruelty-free, plant-based PU finish) with a recycled-fabric inner lining. Recipient name embossed on the cover.
- Plastified palette card printed at 300 DPI in archival inks on matte-laminated 350 gsm card. Wallet-sized, slip it into your purse.
- The 12 hex codes from your saved palette, plus the season name, undertone and contrast level printed on the back of the card so you have the full reference.
- Inside-cover dedication if you ordered as a gift, printed in italic right under the recipient's name.
- Tracked delivery, shipped from Europe in a recyclable kraft mailer.
Why a physical passport when the PDF exists?
- It travels. The PDF lives on a phone. The passport lives on a shelf, in a desk, in a hand. Different feel.
- It's a gift you can wrap. A PDF in an email is hard to put under a tree. A vegan-bound passport in a kraft box isn't.
- Cruelty-free by design. Premium vegan leather, no animal products, recycled inner lining, recyclable kraft mailer. The whole package matches the values most colour-analysis buyers already hold.
- It's the artefact stylists charge for. A House of Colour session ends with a swatch fan and a tote bag. Yours ends with a passport and a card. Same idea, lower price, your name on it.
- One of one. The card is printed only after you order, only from your saved analysis. Two buyers with the same season but different contrast or clarity get two different cards.
FAQ
How long until it arrives?
We print and ship within 7 business days of your order. Tracked delivery typically lands in 3-7 days for Europe, 7-14 days for Rest of World. You'll receive a tracking number by email when we hand it to the courier.
What if I picked the wrong saved palette?
Email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order — we can re-route it to a different saved palette before it goes to print. After that, the print is committed and we cannot change it.
Returns?
Because the passport is personalised (engraved name + custom-printed card), we cannot accept returns. The exception is a defective product — if your passport arrives damaged or mis-printed, send a photo to support and we will reprint and ship a new one at no charge.
What if I want a sample first?
The PDF report is the digital equivalent — same palette, same engine. Buy that for $19.99 if you want to verify the colours before committing to the physical passport.
Can I order multiple as gifts?
Yes — one order per recipient. Each gets a unique passport with their name on the cover and the palette of your choice on the card.
Who is responsible if the parcel is lost or damaged?
Tracked delivery is handled by a third-party courier (DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx, or your country's national post). Once the parcel is handed to the courier the shipment is in their hands — Palette Reveal is not liable for loss, theft, damage, customs delays, or delivery issues caused by the carrier or by force majeure. But we always help: we share the tracking number, open a tracing request with the courier on your behalf, and if the courier officially declares the parcel lost in transit (typically after ~30 days) we'll reprint and reship at no charge as a goodwill gesture. Customs / import duties?
For destinations outside the EU your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees. Those are determined and collected by your government and the carrier — not by Palette Reveal — and are your responsibility as the receiver. The Passport price does not include them. I entered the wrong address — can you change it?
Email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order with the corrected address. After 24 hours the parcel may already be with the courier and cannot be redirected.
